Two things I need to mention on my trusty blog which is fast becoming a sort of creative diary. Firstly I have an Exhibition at The Shrewsbury Coffee House, it began this week and will continue for another 3 weeks. I’m pleased that some of my work has already found new homes. I left a limited amount of my Newspapers on a first come basis but I haven’t checked if there are any left – they are still available to buy via the link on my shop page.

Secondly the Urban Sketchers website featured me as their Spotlight artist this week. Since I graduated last year (MA illustration at Manchester School or Art) I’ve been very aware that there are no more ‘pat on the backs’ – as a reportage artist you are very much on your own. This bit of validation is priceless to me so thank you to USk and look forward to hearing about the Manchester Symposium.
